What does a month inside Soapbox Subscribed look like?
Each month, you'll receive:
Professionally Designed Templates: The templates open up as you complete a module. Not all lessons have templates, but all modules have at least one template. Example: Module 1, "BE" in our "BE KIND AND DO GREAT WORK" Path to Professionalism, and Module one contains training on Logo Design, Color, and Brand Guide Setup. Once you finish creating your Logo and Brand Guide, you will "Finalize," and the next module will open up. Suppose you already had your logo and brand guide professionally designed or did it yourself and would like to keep using what you have. In that case, you can go ahead and submit it immediately to that "Finalize" step, and you can work on the next module.
Ask the Experts: Join our office-hours-type group coaching sessions. We will answer any questions in order as they are submitted in the chat via Zoom. Regarding the membership or your designs, we offer feedback but will not do any of the work for you. (Reach out to us if you would like that service.) Once a month, Tracey hosts graphic design office hours. We will have web design guidance from Justin once a month and Katrina's Canva assistance once a month to make your designs look their very best.
Finalize: At Soapbox Studio (our design agency's side), a big step in finishing a project is having our clients approve the final artwork. We are asking you to do the same through a form submission. We want to ensure you have received the guidance you need to move forward with a professional and cohesive brand you will be proud of and represent your business in its BEST light. You certainly don't have to follow our feedback in the final submission, but we want to see that you are doing the work. That is what this membership is about! It's about making your business look extremely professional in the quickest amount of time.

"Path to Professionalism": You'll receive an easy-to-follow roadmap PDF, guiding you on what graphics you need and how to use them effectively. We use the saying "BE KIND AND DO GREAT WORK," and each letter is a piece of your business branding. Physical posters and stickers are in the works for annual members to make this an easy-to-follow roadmap on exactly what to do next.
Do I need a Canva Pro account?
No, you don’t need a Canva Pro account, but it’s highly recommended. Canva Pro offers valuable features like premium stock photography, advanced filters, and exclusive design tools that can elevate your work. While it’s not mandatory, upgrading to Canva Pro can significantly enhance your design capabilities, and we feel it’s a wise investment.
Where do I find photos?
Canva offers many great photos, and Canva Pro offers an even more extensive photo library. We also suggest purchasing photos from 123RF.com, depositphoto.com, and AdobeStock.com. We advise against using free stock photography because you don’t want to get a cease and desist letter!
Why not just use Canva's free templates?
